Cargo ship disabled in Kiel Canal, taken back to Kiel | ULTRA CAPE TOWN

General cargo ship ULTDA CAPE TOWN suffered engine failure in Kiel Canal shortly after she began her transit after passing Kiel Locks, at around 1050 UTC Feb 13. Tugs responded and took disabled ship under control, she was either anchored or moored near accident site. Later she was taken back to Kiel, understood for survey and repairs, berthed at around 1500 UTC. As of 1700 UTC Feb 13, she remained in the same position. The ship is en route from Klaipeda Lithuania to Gibraltar.
