Best way to get into a Maritime School w/ low GPA?

Hello /tuglife. I am currently in the Air Force (I know) and am planning on getting out late next year. Working in the maritime industry is one of many options that I am interested in. I was looking into going to a Maritime Academy but I don’t think I would get into them since I have a bad GPA from when I went to college when I was 18-19 (I’m almost 24 now.) I have been taking college classes online and haven’t gotten less than a B. I am PCSing to the states from overseas for my last year in the Air Force I plan on taking as many classes as possible at the local community college to boost my GPA, but it would still be bad.

Anyways, what are my options for going to maritime school with a low GPA? Are there any schools that would accept me?

Thanks

Just apply and see if you get in.

I work in the industry and trust me there are way dumber people that have made it.

Dude. Just go to a community college like san jac maritime. The job market it is all inland right now. Only go to an academy if you really want the four year college experience.
